Shopcommer provides operational and strategic agency services including seller account management, catalog listing and optimization, marketplace advertising management, and e-commerce consulting. Specific deliverables are governed by the chosen plan tier (Starter, Growth, Scale, Extended, or Custom Quotation).
2. Independent Agency Disclaimer
Shopcommer is an independent e-commerce operations agency. We are not an official affiliate, employee, or representative of Amazon Services LLC, Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Meesho, Myntra, Reliance AJIO, or Shopify. All marketplace trademarks and logos belong to their respective proprietors.
3. Algorithmic and Platform Limitations
While Shopcommer implements best-practice SEO, AEO, catalog enrichment, and bid optimization, final organic rankings, buy box allocation, and sales figures depend on independent marketplace algorithms, third-party seller competition, product pricing, inventory availability, and customer reviews. No agency can ethically guarantee specific sales volume or organic #1 positions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing authentic product information, mandatory regulatory compliance certificates (e.g., FSSAI, BIS, Legal Metrology declarations), authentic GST/tax filings, and ensuring that advertised goods do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
